SHIATSU PRACTITIONER – 125 hour Professional Training

Principles of Zen Shiatsu and Traditional Chinese Medicine come together in a 12-week, meridian based shiatsu course.This program gives a thorough foundation in Shiatsu for the professional practitioner. At course completion, students will be able to give a complete shiatsu session addressing all the major meridians; understand how to move from the Hara or energetic center; and take care of their own vitality and wellbeing through self-healing practices.

Students study eastern concepts of health and wellness including Yin/Yang and Five Element theories, and how these apply to shiatsu treatment. Mindfulness, meditation and energy awareness exercises are integrated into the course at every level.

Shiatsu courses are held twice a year, in Spring and Fall:
